RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting new clients and maintaining existing clients through marketing
- Ensuring good customer service to uphold brand image
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in Customer Service line.
- Clearly explain solutions to customers and answer questions in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand manner.
- Increased customer satisfaction ratings through positive service interactions.
- Improved customer experience metrics e.g., call resolution time, first contact resolution rate.
- Enhanced internal knowledge base with information gathered from customer inquiries.
