Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows across all departments.
- Manage new store openings, from site selection to operational readiness.
- Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring top talent for the team.

- Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement for operational excellence.
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, ideally within retail or F&B.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in opening new store locations, hiring, training new workers etc.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software.
