Job Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Set clear, measurable sales objectives that align with the company’s overall business goals.
• Regularly evaluate the team’s performance, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and support to drive improvements.
• Facilitate continuous learning and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and boost productivity.
• Supervise the management of sales leads, ensuring they are effectively followed up on and converted into successful deals.
• Support Sales Executives in negotiations and help close deals to consistently hit or exceed sales goals.
• Oversee the department's budget, ensuring costs are controlled and financial goals are met.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports for senior leadership, focusing on target achievements, market trends, and areas requiring attention.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends within both the new and pre-owned vehicle markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealership partners, and internal departments.
• Carry out other related duties as required by the management.
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including both new and used car markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, deal structuring, and closing sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is required.
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
