Role:
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions
• Assess training needs and manage the relevant training programs
• Manage compensation & benefits, ensuring compensation given follows market benchmark
• Any process improvement such as streamlining and automation of HR processes
• Handle workforce planning including talent management and succession planning
• Drive annual performance appraisal and salary review
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including liaising with recruitment agencies
• Enhance employee engagement and experience
• Drive HR programs for employee retention, benchmarking matters, and other initiatives
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 years in HR relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills/good English and Chinese to manage stakeholders of all levels of seniority
