Scope of Work
- Handling Phone Calls
- Attending to walk-in (parents,students,vendors etc)
- Filling, typing and printing
- Maintain General Office Storeroom and inventory of office supplies, First aid supplies and maintain the sick bay.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and receptionist in a school
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good Team Player with initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Wednesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- Thursdays: 8.00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
