Job Responsibilities:
Perform sampling of all incoming and retesting raw materials for routine quality control testing, following the agreed sampling schedule.
Conduct sampling and testing of packaging materials in compliance with SOP requirements.
Ensure compliance with GDP and GMP standards by performing documentation checks on incoming materials, including COA and HALAL certifications.
Utilize GLIMS for accurate recording of test results and data.
Conduct functionality checks on equipment, such as Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs) in sampling rooms and help maintain retention sample rooms in accordance with hygiene and 5S standards.
Collaborate with production planning teams to create and manage sampling schedules, and actively participate in MBU1 and MBU1.5 meetings to update raw material sampling activities.
Apply a Lean Lab mindset to proactively initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize sampling processes.
Adhere to safety requirements and ensure all tasks are performed in a safe manner.
Take ownership of additional tasks, roles, or projects assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum Secondary Education or equivalent.
Physically fit to handle tasks that may involve standing, lifting, and moving materials.
Knowledge of good hygiene practices and adherence to safety standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments.
