Customer Service Specialist - Logistics and Shipping

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist with experience in the logistics and shipping industry. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries and support shipment processing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to answer shipping-related questions.
- Track and trace shipments and update customers on status.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process orders and coordinate with vendors and carriers.
- Create shipping marking, bills of lading, and other documentation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in shipping or logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
