Job Description
- Processes the staff’s payroll, including overtime payment, claims, incentives, allowances, and other approved payments
- Posts payroll transactions into the SAP system.
- Prepares salary reconciliation reports.
- Prepares Payroll Monthly Reports (Overtime Report, Man-hours Report, Payroll Cost Report, and Headcount Reports) for department heads.
- Submits CPF, IR8A, IR21, and other government-related submissions and tax-related matters for staff.
- Works with the Finance Department for monthly and quarterly closing for the payroll area.
- Liaises with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents on payroll-related matters.
- Processes government-related claims such as NS Reservist, Maternity Leave, and Child Care Leave claims.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Human Resource Management preferred).
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in payroll.
- Good working knowledge of manpower regulations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF Act, and tax regulations).
- Experience in SAP ECC6 is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel.
