Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of Foundation’s strategic roadmap, including conducting environmental scans and landscape surveys to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Design, implement, and pilot programmes, establishing a consistent pipeline of initiatives aligned with the Foundation's objectives, priorities, and values.
- Oversee the monitoring of approved programmes and projects to ensure they achieve desired outcomes, produce timely programme reports, and manage the disbursement of grants in compliance with governance and legal regulations.
- Plan, prepare, and manage the Foundation’s operating budget, track expenses, and produce accurate reports in a timely manner.
- Oversee the development and management of the Foundation’s corporate website, and produce marketing collateral
- Provide support in day-to-day operations of the Foundation.
Requirements:
- University Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Resilient and able to navigate ambiguity.
