Job Description
As an Edge Platform Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and evolution of Tencent Cloud's edge platform products, focusing on areas such as network acceleration, security, Edge Serverless, and Edge AI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and product lifecycle management. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape innovative product strategies and contribute to the growth of cutting-edge edge computing solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis and feature planning for network acceleration, security, Edge Serverless, and Edge AI products, leveraging project experience or internships to gain insights into market needs.
- Monitor global trends in network acceleration and security products, assist in conducting market analysis, and contribute to product roadmap planning.
- Engage in all phases of product lifecycle management, including pricing, demand management, quality control, and delivery, under the guidance of the team.
- Work closely with user scenarios to design and enhance product experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption across various industries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fields.
- A solid understanding of technology, network acceleration, security, serverless, and AI products.
- Strong logical thinking and language commands in both Chinese Mandarin and English (business-level proficiency), with the ability to clearly express ideas and engage with stakeholders and the ability to craft product development lifecycle documents in both languages.
- Ability to think empathetically and consider product development from both user and market perspectives.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make tough but correct decisions.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, with the capacity to learn independently and manage work pressure effectively.
- Candidates with IT or product management certifications are preferred.
