Morgan McKinley Singapore is looking for experienced recruiters to join our business for our Financial Services team.
Within your role you will be focused on hiring within your specialist area, carrying out full 360 recruitment, including managing existing clients, business development of new clients, as well as the delivery of roles.

What we are looking for
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruitment consultant within financial services, doing end-to-end hiring from sourcing (using a range of methods and tools), interviewing candidates, client interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Business development experience is desired.
- Ability to solve problems and be organise in your thinking and approach to work.
- Outstanding communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
- A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and someone who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
