Responsibilities:
- Perform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings
- Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
- Review subcontractor's progress claim and issue payment certificate.
- Prepare required tender document (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW and etc) for subcontract selection.
- Manage contractual issues with subcontractors and prepare letters to subcontractors with contract manager.
- Process and manage internal process (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using ERP system.
- Update internal database for detailed information and reference (Subcontract payment status, Bond status, etc.)
- Coordinate with other project site teams for subcontractor matters.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Experience with LTA civil/underground projects will be advantageous.
- Familiar with AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word
