Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Salary: up to $3500
- Process sales orders in the ERP system based on received sales orders.
- Ensure timely processing of customers’ orders.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process from order receipt to delivery.
- Handle customer requests and inquiries via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Work with the operations team to provide information and address customer requests and inquiries.
- Gather and record customer feedback in the CRM system and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare delivery orders, tax invoices, and loaner forms.
- Coordinate with courier services and in-house couriers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Send delivery orders and invoices to customers for collection.
- Support the process of product insurance in Singapore.
- Liaise with end users and insurance companies to process insurance purchases/claims via the insurance portal.
- Perform various administrative activities related to order processing, invoicing, and data maintenance.
- Maintain proper documentation of processed orders for audit purposes.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma
- Min. 2years of experience in order processing
- Willingness to perform and result orientation, ability to change, ability to work under pressure, self-discipline
- Dealing with different points of views, reliability, credibility, good communication skills
