Responsibilities
Service Delivery Operations Lead
• As Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team.
• Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the team's performance, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You should have advanced proficiency in Service Delivery and other skills such as Business Operation Management, Operational Excellence, and Delivery Excellence with advanced proficiency in each.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the team's performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of service delivery solutions
Application Lead
• The System Application Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of critical business applications.
• This role ensures the seamless operation of enterprise systems, manages a team of application specialists, and collaborates closely with business units and IT teams to ensure that system applications align with business goals.
Requirements
Service Delivery Operations Lead
• Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• At least 4-5 years of service delivery experiences
• Mandatory skillset:
1. Communication Skill
2. Troubleshooting and Analysis Skill
3. Manage a team of > 5 people before
Applications Lead
• Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• At least 4-5 years of service delivery experiences
• Strong background in software development, system integration, and leadership.
• Strong proficiency in system application design and implementation
