Job Description:
- Create detailed 3D models, renderings and technical drawings based on design concepts.
- Work closely with Designers to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
- Prepare space planning, design conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification proposals.
- Produce accurate elevation drawing for fabrication purpose.
- Assist the Designer with all the 3D amendment requirements request upon client.
- Maintain and organized all drawings in a systematic way.
- Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 yrs work experience as a Drafter or similar role.
- Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup.
- Knowledge of rendering software such as 3DMax or V-Ray.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work indenpendently.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
