Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of project documentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc).
- Assist in planning for material, equipment and resource required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control
- Coordinate with maincon, subcon, building owner, consultant, etc on project matters
- Supervises technicians/ workers
- Prepare and submit project drawings according to specifications
- Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports
- Prepare project activities and schedules report, etc
- Provide administrative support to superior when necessary
- Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Engineering industry
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
