Summary of Key Responsibilities
• Administration & Operations:
– Managing the communications with third-party service providers and assisting in the management of their deliverables
– Assisting the COO in executing on the operational tasks necessary to ensure compliance of RBP Singapore Pte. Ltd. and the fund vehicles, with regulatory and contractual obligations
– Assist the Managing Partner and COO in the daily operations of managing the office space and schedules, inclusive of Accounting, HR and Administration
• Coverage of Portfolio Companies:
– Assist the Managing Partner and COO in managing communications with senior executives of Portfolio Companies
– Manage the collation and analysis of quarterly reports from Portfolio Companies
– Assist the Managing Partner and COO in developing and executing on initiatives to support Portfolio Companies in their strategic and operating activities
• Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risk
Qualifications, Desired Skills and Experience
• Diploma in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business Administration preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in Financial Services, ideally in a fund management operations, fund administration, or regulatory/compliance-related role, although experienced candidates from other relevant areas are also welcome.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving and rapidly changing environment.
