Job Title: Business Analyst (FinTech)
Our Client: Our client delivers versatile B2B fintech solutions.
The Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Develop project plan and monitor progress
- Participate and contribute to project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
The Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
- Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skill
- Open to Singaporean and PR only
