We are recruiting for an established real estate company – their AUM stands at about USD100 billion. They are looking to grow their Southeast Asia mandate and will be looking to add an Investment/BD professional to the team.
Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will be responsible for actively source potential investment/acquisition targets. You will be involved in analysing and underwriting investment decisions for leasing, financing, buy/sell scenarios including preparation of cash flow models, sensitivity tables, property valuations, as well as joint venture structuring (if any)
You will also be preparing investment proposals to investment committee and support the transaction due diligence and closing processes, including liaising with internal parties such as legal, tax and compliance etc.
Requirements:
You have about 10 years of investment experience in Southeast Asia with an in-depth understanding of any of the Southeast Asia real estate markets.
Candidates with any native fluency in the languages and knowledge of logistics and hospitality markets will be held in high regards.
You are highly numerical with excellent interpersonal skills and able to multi-task.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and am highly independent.
