Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion
- Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights Execute tender procurement and On-site construction supervision
- Provide the direction in construction planning and Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules
- Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place
- Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
- Lead a team of project team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Director in any other Project Management related activities
- Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety
- Coordination and monitoring of progress on sites
- Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design, and contractual issues and updating of project progress reports
- Manage Sub-contractors' submission of method of statements, drawing, materials, mock-up and work progress follow accordingly to company direction
Requirements:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Civil Engineering.
- At least 12 years of practical experience in Project Management Services in Construction industry
- Should have attended and passed the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers” and "Conquas Training for Builders" certifications.
