Job Responsibilities
· To undergo management Training for Front of House (Floor) and Back of House (Kitchen)
·Lead and manage a high performance team and develop talents
·Attend customer's needs and queries
·Handle and resolve customer complaints
·Provide management and administrative support
·Assist Managers complete daily tasks and overseas an efficient and effective day to day operation of branch or outlet
·Monitors in ensuring a clean and safe working environment
·Assist manager in recruitment, training and marketing campaign
·Coach and develop colleagues to ensure meet standard of operation
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Management, Business, Hospitality and relevant fields
· Strong management skills with ability to lead and manage a team
· High energy and strong interpersonal skills
· Well-groomed and professional appearance
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work shift, weekends and public holiday
