Job Description
To provide administrative support to AR team on the following:
a. Integrated study on the various aspects of the HRP Ecosystem including High Impact Rectifications
b. Integrated review on Cumulus processes (HR, Payroll and Finance processes) to assess the audit readiness in preparation for SSAE 3402 audits for CUMULUS processes
c. Verification of the implementation status of audit observations
d. Study on HRP access
e. Automation project : Use RPA to automate manual matching of reports for NFS@Gov monthly review to enable Functions to focus on the investigation of discrepancies flagged
The duties of the temporary staff include:
· Assist in the documentation on process walkthroughs
· Update the tracking on requests raised to Functions related to AR’s respective reviews
· Collate and monitor Functions’ submission of information and sampled documents
· Assist in the initial review of received samples
· Assist in the updating of work papers for respective reviews
· Indexing and saving all documentation in our central repository Nexus
· Assist in the UAT and testing of RPA scripts for the automation project listed under SN3e.
