Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to warmly welcome prospects and deliver a first-class arrival experience
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and property agents
- Proactively generate and nurture sales leads, leveraging experience in property sales and strong closing skills
- Uphold excellence in customer service standards, maintain a professional image that reflects the Company’s branding and products
- Liaise with the Maintenance Team and manage show flat inventory to ensure smooth operations and pristine maintenance of the show flat
- Handle sales enquiries, conduct property viewings and attend to customer requirements meticulously, including coordinating travel and hotel itineraries
- Follow up and track on sales leads, prospects and daily show flat’s visitors
- Administer all sales and legal documentation in compliance with statutory and company regulations
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Real Estate
- Possess a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification with 3 to 5 years of relevant direct sales experience with property developers
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident and fluent in delivering engaging sales presentations
- Well-groomed with an outgoing and friendly personality
- Sales driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Independent, meticulous and have sound understanding of the property buying and selling property process, statutory and/ or real estate regulatory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work on shifts (Including weekends and/or public holidays)
- Prior experience dealing with high-end luxury properties, Front Office, Guest Relations or VIP management are advantageous
