Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting and debugging of autonomous vehicle (AV) systems and related components.
- Conduct and facilitate regular inspections, diagnostic tests, and scheduled maintenance for all vehicle assets.
- Assist in routine data collection and documentation optimization or preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate operational activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and route optimization for the AV fleet
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate coordination between technical tasks and operational requirements.
- Any other additional duties relating to product and operations support.
Requirements:
- An Engineering diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation.
- Hands-on experience in systems deployment, service engineering, technical support, and/or operations coordination.
- Capability to adjust to a shift-based support working environment.
- Experience working in Linux OS environment.
- Practical expertise in electrical and electronic wiring as well as mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with ROS is a plus.
- A Class 3/4 driving license will be an added advantage.
