Responsibilities:
· Assist department manager to develop sales & marketing activities for HVAC New Build /Conversion/Retrofit Project.
· Visit and liaise with customer to maintain good relationship for new tender project.
· Assistant department manager to prepare sales quotation and costing for bid project.
· Assist to manage and monitor ongoing projects and prepare project-related document/ paperwork to ensure all project execution smoothly.
· Work closely with the internal project team and client project/commercial team with effective communication and co-ordination.
· Attend technical meeting / project meeting, update weekly/monthly project status.
· Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by General Manager.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
· At least 2 years relevant working experience in Sales/Project engineer
· HVAC experience for marine and offshore are preferred.
· Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel.
Work Location : Tuas Avenue 8
Work Hours : Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
