JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Upon receive tender invite, review tender documents and raise if any queries to the client
- Send request for quotations to Supplier and Sub-contractors
- Ensure all Supplier equipment selection and Sub-contractors quote meets tender requirements
- Take off Bill of Quantities from the drawings
- Prepare costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission
- Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
- Prepare and update tender submission documents on time
- Prepare and manage relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
- Procurement of materials and negotiation with suppliers & sub-contractors
- Assist in verifying subcontractor claims and subcontractor awards (If necessary)
- Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts (If necessary)
- Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim (If necessary)
- Update Supplier and sub-contractor contact list time to time
- Provide recommendation to the management to assist to select sub-con and suppliers during tender meetings
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by higher official or Managers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): ACMV, Tender Management, Tender Negotiation, Cost Control, Tender Preparation, Cost Management, Strong Numeracy
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
