Overview*
The role will see you supporting the Medical Social Work Department in administrative matters and working closely with the Team Lead for Social Work Coordinators while reporting to the Head of the department.
This includes managing queries from patients and family members over the counter, phone and email.
Managing the departments email enquiries.
Support the department in generating and analyzing monthly reports.
Work with external departments within the hospital and cluster to address work processes and improve efficiency.
Work with external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and engagement sessions
You will be required to use Microsoft Office effectively and to learn other information systems which the department is using
You will also need to be bilingually effective and work closely with a variety of stakeholders
Job Responsibilities*
You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage all duties related to managing the public-facing part of the department
- Support administrative needs of the department required for daily running of the services and in support of SWC and MSW services
- Support operational needs of the department by working with internal and external stakeholders and communicating and maintaining work processes
Requirements*
- O Level, ITE Graduates – Nitec & higher Nitec
- You will be required to use Microsoft Office effectively and to learn other information systems which the department is using.
- You will also need to be bilingually effective and work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good communication skills will be crucial.
