Job Summary:
The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet quality standards and specifications. This role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality deviations.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and quality management practices.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality control systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
