To support Private Wealth Management Relationship Manager(s) in providing client service to the clients, ensuring that all documentation including KYCs (Know Your Customers) relating to PWM transactions are in order and in accordance to Compliance guidelines.
Functional
- Support the team by providing administration duties such as:
- Ensuring account opening forms are in order, initiate and/or follow up on account opening documents and/or any other documents relating to PB transactions as well as interface with clients to ensure completeness of documentation;
- Ensuring efficient and prompt management of orders, execution of transactions (eg equity, FX, bonds, investment products)
- Communicate and respond in a timely fashion with internal stakeholders to support clients’ requirements
- Establish credit facilities for clients and provide monitoring support on account shortfall
- Provide necessary information and support to:
- RMs and Product Specialists to ensure transactions for clients are carried out properly; and RMs so that they have sufficient information to manage relationships effectively.
- Provide necessary PWM UAT support during system upgrades as well as process improvement as and when required.
- Ensure that all legal & compliance guidelines are adhered to, working with back office to minimize operational errors. Work with manager to ensure the team complies with Bank and regulatory requirements.
Managerial
- To provide guidance and knowledge sharing to new team members
- To carry out any other duties as directed by Company Management.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree holder
- CACS (Client Advisor Competency Standards) Paper 1 and 2
Experience
- Minimally 5-7 years’ working experience, preferably in private banking
