Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (Primary Focus):
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Oversee employee onboarding, including orientation and training for new hires.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries and issues, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
HR Administration & Payroll:
- Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions, overtime calculations, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRIS system.
- Oversee employee benefits administration (medical, insurance, leave management, etc.).
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure HR policies are aligned with Singapore’s Employment Act and other MOM regulations.
- Manage the timely renewal of work passes and relevant employee documents.
Performance Management & Training:
- Assist with the performance appraisal process and recommend training programs to enhance employee development.
- Monitor employee performance and advise on potential HR strategies.
Accounts (Secondary Focus):
Basic Bookkeeping & Finance Support:
- Assist the finance team with daily bookkeeping tasks such as processing vendor invoices and payment transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with expense management.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and annual audits.
- Provide support in preparing documents for GST filing and other statutory financial obligations.
