Job Description:
- Design and conduct programs with age-appropriate teaching aids.
- Keep detailed records of each child's progress and address their educational and developmental needs.
- Prepare progress reports each semester and compile developmental portfolios for all children.
- Apply positive discipline strategies consistently.
- Maintain and organize teaching materials, classroom appearance, decorations, and the overall learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with all curriculum documents, handbooks, and policy guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education / Teaching (DECCE-T).
- L2 Certified is preferred.
- At least 1 year Preschool Teacher Experience.
