- Position : Accounts Assistant
- Location : Tampines- Direct bus from Tampines interchange
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- To handle Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Prepare payment to suppliers etc.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare monthly GST returns and assist with accounting tasks.
- Performing data entry and managing general ledger postings.
- Aid in monthly and yearly closing processes for accurate financial reporting.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks, including mail collection and filing.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills.
- 1 years relevant experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
