Job Summary:
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will serve as the key support to the Marketing Manager, assisting in the execution of marketing strategies and day-to-day activities for both our parent company and its subsidiaries. Your role will focus on helping to manage marketing projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. You will be hands-on in every aspect, ensuring that the Marketing Manager’s vision is effectively implemented across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary support to the Marketing Manager, executing tasks and projects as directed.
  2. Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and activities across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  3. Work closely with the content team to ensure the timely delivery of content aligned with marketing objectives.
  4. Help manage timelines and ensure deadlines for marketing projects are met.
  5. Gather and organize marketing data to track performance, preparing reports for the Marketing Manager to review.
  6. Support in optimizing website and user experience by collaborating with the product team and ensuring alignment with marketing efforts.
  7. Help manage social media accounts by assisting in content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  8. Stay updated on marketing tools and trends to recommend improvements to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or digital marketing environment.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn), email, and search marketing.
  4. Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  6. Proven ability to follow through on tasks and deliver results.
  7. A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
