Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Review and verify invoices related to logistics and transportation services.
- Process payments to vendors and ensure timely and accurate payment cycles.
- Reconcile AP accounts and handle any discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain detailed records of all AP transactions, including freight, shipping, and customs fees.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Generate and issue invoices to customers for logistics services provided.
- Track receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies with clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all AR transactions.
Requirement
- 2 year experience in AP&AR
- Able to work in fast pace enviroment
