- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and revenue goals for SIA's products and services.
- Manage various communication channels, including but not limited to cold calling, emailing, EDMs blasting, and sales visits, to effectively reach target audiences and generate leads.
- Actively participate in relevant tradeshows and industry events, locally and internationally (if required) to expand the network and attract potential sponsors.
- Collaborate with the management team and external consultants, to contribute ideas and insights towards the formulation of marketing strategies that are aligned with the company’s objectives and market trends.
- Assist in the continuous enhancement of existing sponsorship products and services by coordinating with the SIA Consultant and Marcom Team to address market demands and enhance value propositions.
- Contribute to the development of new sponsorship products and services by gathering and analyzing market insights and data.
- Assist in expanding and optimizing the database of potential sponsors through targeted prospecting, relationship-building activities, and strategic partnerships to fostering long-term growth.
- Provide operational support during events such as gala dinners, conferences, and other promotional activities to ensure smooth execution and positive brand representation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
Remuneration:
- Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
- The position includes a commission component.
