Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance activities with the objective of ensuring equipment capabilities are stabilized and optimized through continuous improvement and cost reduction within the limits of cost permitted and department policies and objectives.
- React to error/alarm messages of manufacturing equipment.
- Perform equipment health check and troubleshooting.
- Prepare the procedure/OCAP or report regarding to machine issues.
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement project, to upkeep line equipment.
- Work as the proxy tool owner to manage the tool performance and meet the KPI requirement.
- Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements.
- Support on safety, ISO & 5S audit.
Spare Parts
- Assist in the management and upkeep of equipment spares and inventory system.
Training
- Assist Engineers in staff training, such as maintenance training, prepare training materials, cross training of zone members, updating and reporting.
Safety, Housekeeping, Discipline & Others
- Perform the activities (5S, workplace safety and occupational hazards) to ensure conformance of safety instructions and promote good housekeeping, organization, and manufacturing practices.
- Ensure good housekeeping, plant work discipline, ESD and safety awareness at all times.
- Execute Ad Hoc task instructed by supervisor / manager.
Others
- Carry out effective planning for corrective and preventive measures to maintain high equipment reliability and process stability with minimal resource requirements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3-year of work experience in the semiconductor industry
- Able to perform swing shift (work in weekend) schedule, including working in a cleanroom environment.
- Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor process tools
- Good communication skills and follow up with tool vendor for issue troubleshooting and solution.
- Experienced in repair and maintain a variety of Lithography exposure, coater, developer, bonder, scrubber tools.
- Able to use MS office.
- Able to read and write PLC (Programming Logic Control) will be an added advantage.
- Able to read FDC charts and use Power Bi will be an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork, able to work well with a global team and other duties as assigned.
