Job Description
1. Assist and ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processing including CPF contribution.
2. Assist in the preparation of income tax related issues.
3. Assist in compiling yearly performance appraisal exercise.
4. Assist in recruitment processing
5. Processing internal and external claims.
6. Assist in budgeting and updating of budgeting reports
7. Maintain Human Resource Management system.
8. Assist and perform ad-hoc projects and assignments
Job Requirements
1. Degree / Diploma in HRM or its equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and Administration Dept preferably some experience in payroll processing and familiar with BIPO HRMS.
3. Cheerful, pleasant with good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably some exposure in SAP System
5. Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and best practices
6. Meticulous, numerically inclined with a keen analytical ability
7. A team player with strong sense of responsibility
8. Japanese Language proficiency preferred but not necessary
