JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Leads or supports sales organization to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives for supporting the organization’s overall business goals.
- Initiate and implementation of performance improvement initiatives in coordination with Business Unit.
- Responsible to ensure delivery of business results quantitative and qualitative.
- Drive and coaches Sales Management systematics within organization.
- Active interaction with key customers on executive level / on senior level to support Sales Rep.
- Coordinates with marketing BU / OU customer activities (customer events, product launches, speeches etc).
- Coordinates cross regional sales activities (Regional accounts, cross boarder business).
- Regularly collection of market information to maintains Market Intelligence system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Sales experience in lift/elevator industry.
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
