Our client is a leading global leader of semiconductor solutions. They have operations globally across Taiwan, Europe, China, Korea etc. and they’re now on a look out for a Senior/Design Engineer to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.
What you will be here for
- Design and develop semiconductor equipment
- Participate in design review by providing mechanical design inputs relating to DFM and DFA
- Develop, test and document designs for transport mechanisms, vacuum systems, and various process stations
- Prepare and release 3D solid Models and Engineering drawing
- Devise the initial concept of the assigned device, component or system and participate in the overall detailed product design
What you will need
- Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Min 6 years of experience in machine / semiconductor equipment design
- Must process knowledge and experience in the design of automation or semiconductor equipment
- Must process good knowledge for 3D CAD software
- Knowledge of ECO release of Manufacturing quality documentation
- Experience in dynamic electromechanical system design
- Equipment troubleshooting experience will be a plus
