Green Kitchen Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager passionate about enhancing client health through food. You'll collaborate closely with the Founders to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, creating a strong brand presence, driving sales growth, and supporting business goals. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker excited about marketing, branding, and community building in the wellness sector.
Responsibilities
Objectives of the Role:
- Develop and implement marketing plans with specific objectives, targeting audiences across various channels and segments.
- Lead marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal resources and encouraging collaboration.
- Use customer insights, market analysis, and best practices to shape effective strategies.
- Conduct analytics and reporting across multiple platforms, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams to design and enhance lead nurturing tactics.
Brand & Content Management:
- Maintain Green Kitchen's brand identity across all channels with consistent messaging, tone, and visuals.
- Lead branding initiatives to boost the company’s reputation and distinguish it from competitors.
- Oversee production of marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Oversee the company’s online presence—website, blog, and social media—to ensure engaging and up-to-date content.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance to optimize strategies based on data insights.
Community Engagement & Events:
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities to build the Green Kitchen community and attract clients.
- Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver meaningful experiences that resonate with target audiences.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or related industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent project planning, with familiarity using tools like ClickUp and meeting deliverable timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management, and CRM systems.
