The Job:
- Managing administrative tasks such as document preparation, meeting scheduling, sending invitations and follow up, and minute-taking for the Advisory Board and its Sub-Committees
- Ensure that regular meetings whether in-person or online are scheduled appropriately and agendas and room bookings where appropriate are completed within an appropriate timeframe
- Compile and distribute meeting minutes on a timely basis
- Follow up on action items including the maintenance of an ongoing action item list
