Job Description:

Yanfu Construction Works Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans that adhere to project specifications and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and plans for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Modify and revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Maintain an organized library of drawings and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Attend project meetings to discuss design changes and updates.
• Utilize CAD software and other design tools effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draughtsman in the construction industry (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Drafting or Design Technology.
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization software.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) practices.
