Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects at Hong Construction and Information Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all site activities, including workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety policies.
- Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to plans.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Assist in problem-solving and decision-making on site-related issues.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
