Job Description:
- Sourcing for candidates through various social media platforms as well as referrals
- Ability to conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs
- Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
- Negotiating job offers with candidates
- Providing excellent customer service and building good rapport with clients and candidates.
- Post recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and / or Candidate with Sales/ Business Development experience
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
This is a full-time position with attractive commission structure (no basic) leading to a high remuneration package.
