Job description
1. Answer to phone enquiries / web enquiries
2. To take down client’s removal details
3. To set up survey appointments for sales department
4. To take client’s requirements from the survey report & any other information source into account and formalize them in a quote for removal
5. To ensure with the clients and the Operational Manager that the administrative file (export documentation) is duly filled and complete
6. To promptly follow up on requests from direct client / branch / agents
7. To prepare physical file, put in all necessary documents then pass to traffic department
8. To tally details on system and physical document
9. To update our internal excel sheets accordingly
10. Ad-hoc task

1. To be attentive and available to client
2. To be punctual for returning calls to client
3. To answer client calls (promptly and efficiently=skills)
4. To answer courteously and clearly inform the client at each request
5. To send all information to clients on time
