Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Installing and fixing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
- Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
- Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations
- Carry out daily painting work according to procedures and specifications
- Plastering work
- Replacement of fused bulbs, lighting, fluorescent tubes in the club
- Ensuring all air-con chillers are functioning
- Check that the hot water system to the guestrooms is operating normally
- Attend to request from departments for repair, servicing, fixture works, faulty equipment, etc
- Implements preventive maintenance and repair schedule for all machinery, equipment and other facilities
- Carry out in-house maintenance or improvement works as instructed
- Maintain daily housekeeping at workplace
- Maintain working tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safe work practices in all aspect of work
- Any other duties assigned by the Facilities & Project Manager
