Role Responsibilities
- Overall management for the project execution start from Design to TOP, which including but not limited to commercial quotation and negotiation, engineering & design management, procurement Management, construction management and Commissioning, etc.
- Develop detail project execution plan, which including but not limited to Project timeline, procurement strategy, construction management plan, safety management policy, etc.
- Responsible for planning and management of Singapore authority related permitting, such as Building plan approval, TOP, etc.
- Responsible for organizing project meetings and reporting project status (progress, quality, budget, etc.)
- Responsible for lead the team for the management of QP, PE, materials’ vendors, subcontractors,etc.
- Dealing with authority officer for inspection or other activities.
- Coordination with owners to ensure timely handling of major issues which impact project schedule and cost.
- Other works arranged by the project director or top management team.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree or above, relate to architecture, mechanical engineering, etc.
- With at least 8 years of experience in EPCM project management in Singapore, at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Familiar with project management skill, excellent communication skills and high efficiency of execution.
- Well thinking and thoughtfully decision-making sense.
- Familiar with CAD, project, and other Microsoft software.
- Language: Excellent English communication skill and Mandarin
- Accept short-term travel (mainly to China).
