Assist GM/Director and be responsible and provide strategic quality services for the group human resources.
Provide direction and control of all the human resources functions, operations and activities.
Scope of responsibilities shall include but not limited to researching, analysing, developing, planning and implementing strategic plans, policies and activities for maintaining existing and attracting new talents and provide value-added data to business and support units.
Assist divisional director to steer the management of initiatives, activities and/or events to deliver the desired outcomes in tandem with the Group vision.
Establishes operational budgets and ensures that the budgeted goals are achieved and development cost objectives are met.
Ensures compliance on labour legislations requirement and all parties interest are well protected and in line with polices.
Maintain excellent communications with both internal and external customers.
Initiates and drives innovative and strategic development to increase the culture and employer branding throughout the whole organization that the
Group is operated and managed by a team of Professional for a Progressive and Productive Build Environment Sector.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in managerial or senior managerial position in construction or engineering related field with proven track record in compensation and benefit, talent management, training and development, and HR service excellence is required for this position. Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills with strategic construction business accruement. Strong local and with regional labour legislation will be an added advantage.
