Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market expansion in the Singapore region, identifying and securing new business opportunities.

- Set clear sales targets and lead the team to fully achieve or exceed performance indicators.
- Establish effective performance evaluation mechanisms to motivate continuous improvement among team members.
- Ensure effective implementation of business plans and agreements, closely collaborating with internal teams to drive project execution.
- Resolve issues arising during execution to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Utilize bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to communicate effectively with clients and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Build and maintain strong cross-cultural team relationships to enhance cohesion and effectiveness.

- Extensive experience in business development and negotiation, with a proven track record in complex commercial environments.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of the F&B industry with keen market insight and business acumen.
- Experience in the Singapore market; experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
