Job responsibility
1. Follow the curriculum structure designed to teach students efficiently
2. Teaching according to the Lesson plan - training provided
3. Class room Management for Primary and secondary students.
4. Assessing the students ability through assessment and evaluation process
5. Teaching Techniques for Low ability based classes
6. Involve in proof reading and material editing - guidance given
Competencies/skill-set: Good in MS office and bilingual in english and tamil language
Duration of attachment offered: 6 months training after that full-time job offer with benefits based on performance
